The customer understands that Ferraro’s South requires at least 24 hours notice for all catering orders so that the staff can be prepared and have everything ready at the requested time. For certain menu items (including Fish & Hors D’oeuvres) as well as larger catering events, Ferraro’s South may require a few additional days notice.
When placing a catering order giving less than the required amount of notice, the customer understands that Ferraro’s South will do our best to accommodate. However, we may not be able to guarantee a specific time and certain menu items may not be available.
The customer agrees that Ferraro’s South also requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations and menu changes.
The customer agrees to provide a valid credit card number in advance (even when planning on paying the amount in cash). However, no deposit is required.
For rack and sterno rentals, the customer understands that $7 will be added to the bill for each rack that is requested. When the customer returns the racks in good condition (any time within 6 months of the catering order), he/ she shall receive $5 back in cash for each rack that is returned.
